Don't use it for that. The chemical reaction that solidifies mod rock generates heat so it shouldn't be used directly on skin.

is this any good for repairing a wrist cast

Its the same stuff that they use for casts, so I don't see why not. It can be made very smooth by smoothing out with ur fingers when it is wet. Only thing is would it adhere to your plaster, but when it dries I imagine it would stick to the existing plaster
