Can this hold a broken weld on lawnmower wheel

The product has held for my dinghy boom repair as I was joining metal to metal. The repair to a broken garden umbrella handle was also successful. Both repairs were done 6 months ago.

will this repair a minor fracture/splt in a polyeurethane diesel fuel tank?

Hello - nothing other than welding repairs polyurethane and it could well be illegal to repair a fuel tank with glue anyway

I have a tiny hole in my hot tub will this fill it

I have used it on a pinhole on an axle and it cured the oil leak. I have also used it to fill a large hole on a steel boat above the water line and it has sanded down and looks fine. It should do the job but bear in mind it is dark grey in colour. Make sure you allow plenty of time for it to cure probably over night.
