OMG, this is the best hoover by far, why have I not invested in one before now, cord length is fantastic 10mtrs goes all up the upstairs and across the landing and into my bedroom which is brilliant saves unplugging and plugging back in all the time, durability is excellent, excellent value for money, noise level is good too, suction is second to none, Just a all round brilliant hoover.

I love her she is so cute and does an amazing job. The hoover is very small and lightweight with a wooden floor setting and carpet setting, comes with different brush extentions and is easy to detach and change heads. I live the extention and retraction of the cord and the ability to change the strength of suction. Comes with 2 dust bags.

I have had Henry's for the last 20 years or so, and my original one is still going strong in the garage, which picks up all sorts of building rubble etc. The quality of them seemed to go downhill after that, each the replacements only lasted just over the 2 year guarantee, and i went through 3 of them. They were only used for general vacuuming in the home, but the hi/lo power switches seemed to fail. I really did not want to buy another, but quite frankly, nothing else touches them as far as i'm concerned. I decided to have one last try, and as the dratted hi/lo switch has now gone, hopefully will have more luck with this one. I love the new compact size, which is just a little easier pull around and store. The simple tool storage is great as I was forever loosing them before. It may be smaller and have a smaller motor, but the power is unbelievable, I can actually see it sucking up and dragging any debris on the floor towards the floor tool before it even goes over it. I have to turn the power down by turning the vent on the handle, where as the old ones were always on the highest power. The floor tool is slightly different, and now has a little wheel which makes it more manoeuvrable on hard floors. I am not sure however, what it would be like on carpets. We have all hard floors apart from one large rug. I do find it a little hard to push on the rug compared to the old tool, although this could be because it has so much more power. If i turn the power down on the handle, it is fine. Overall, I am very pleased and glad I gave it another go. It will remain to be seen how long this one lasts.

First hoover arrived with broken pin plug. I contacted customer service and they arranged for replacement to be sent out. Customer service was helpful and even sent some free hoover bags with the replacement. The hoover is great, it’s quieter than the cordless shark I had previously and far superior suction /cleaning power. Nice and light to carry around the house, easy and compact enough to store in a small cupboard . 10/10 recommend

I have a dog who moults twice a year and have bought gtech and shark vacuums that last about 12 months a piece. I had a Henry about 20 years ago which lasted ages and I can't remember what happened to it? From the first time using Hetty I was impressed. Easy to move around and the suction is excellent. I changed the bag after about a month and was surprised to find the suction was much stronger. I hadn't noticed it lessening as the bag filled with a month's usage as it was still better than my previous inferior bagless vacuum cleaners. The attachments fit on to the body of the vacuum so are always there if you need them for stairs or skirting, the head is very manoeuvrable under and around furniture and it also cleans right up to the edges where other uprights do not. Overall I am really pleased as this costs less than half the price of a big brand bagless vaccuum cleaner stores away beautifully and it does a great job. I've been using it every day for about 3-4 months now and I love it!

Great vacuum! A lot cheaper here than any other places in AU. Even though I had to buy an adapter it still came in cheaper! Great vacuum with a lot of useful accessories, not ones you don’t need!
