Concealer Instant Anti Age Eraser Eye, For Dark Circles 01 Light

This is the second time I've gotten this concealer for my wife, and it has become a firm favourite in her makeup bag. A repeat purchase is probably the highest praise you can give a product, and this one has certainly earned it. My wife loves this concealer, particularly for under-eye circles and covering the occasional blemish. She finds the "Light 01" shade to be a great match for her skin tone. The built-in sponge applicator (the "eraser" part) is apparently one of its best features. It makes application very quick and easy, helping to blend the product seamlessly without it looking heavy or cakey. She says the formula itself is fantastic - it's ultra-blendable, as the description claims, and provides excellent coverage without settling into fine lines, which is a common complaint with other concealers. It's also been great for her, as she has mentioned it doesn't irritate her skin, living up to the "suitable for sensitive skin" claim. Overall, she's incredibly happy with the performance, coverage, and ease of use. Seeing as this is her second one, it's safe to say we'll be buying it again. Highly recommended.

I've been using the Maybelline concealer for everyday makeup, and it works really well for covering dark circles and small blemishes. I bought this colour and the pink colour for my dark circles under my eyes. I'm 68 and I use my makeup blender brush to put it on. I'm very pleased with both. It's not thick and clogging it goes on smooth and does the job. I will buy again.

…and I’ve tried all kinds, from budget to premium brands, even ‘made to measure’ individually colour matched versions but most are too chalky, too orange or the texture is either too drying or too greasy. I think the key thing with this Maybelline on is the sponge applicator which allows you to apply the lightest layer, or build more if you need it. I find it good for under eye shadows and also to conceal a couple of little red veins, and it’s so easy just to dab on, needs little blending, seems moisturising but not greasy and doesn’t seem to settle into lines and creases like many other brands. As this is an Amazon review, I’d recommend that you visit a physical shop with product testers to find your ideal shade, before buying online … I usually have two shades, 01 for the winter months and 07 for the summer and holidays when I have a tan, and at such reasonable prices it’s very affordable to do this, also have two of each on the go, one in the bathroom and one in my handbag. The genius packaging may not look as smart in your makeup bag as some of the premium brands like YSL but the built in applicator works well and it’s easy to see when it’s running out. Maybe if I was prepared to spend more time with fiddling with separate makeup sponges I’d have had more success with other brands but I usually end up with barely 5 minutes to apply makeup and don’t have time (or the space) for multiple products and special applicators, plus this is easy to pop into the smallest bag for touch ups on the go. Something I’ve bought again and again after discovering it a few years ago, wouldn’t be without this.

I ordered the shade 01 LIGHT. I was honestly looking forward to trying this concealer as people rave about how great it is! The colour is very orange when applied, you buff it out and it looks abit better, but it still has that “orange” undertone to it. It’s darker than what is shown in both the reviews, and the pictures shown in the description (I know shades will of course look different on a screen than in person. BUT I made sure to look at the reviews/pictures of people wearing it/swatching it.) so with the pictures, the shade name, and the reviews, I was honestly expecting a LIGHT colour, so I’m surprised and also a abit disappointed at how orange/dark it is. I do feel you have to also build it up abit, i don’t feel it conceals (my) dark under eyes, but I know others say it conceals theirs well.

Best high street affordable concealer in my opinion. Plenty of coverage which is buildable, does not dry quickly unlike others and easy to blend under eye! What more could you ask For

Il prodotto è una certezza quando si tratta di coprire le occhiaie: ha una consistenza fluida che consente di essere distribuito con grande facilità nella zona da trattare sia con le dita che con una Beauty Blender, anche se personalmente preferisco l'utilizzo con le dita. Un altro plus del prodotto è che ne basta una quantità minima per coprire tutta l'area sotto la palpebra inferiore. Inoltre può essere usato anche per mascherare piccoli difetti della pelle come discromie dovute a iperpigmentazione o a rossori stagionali, ma anche piccole imperfezioni acneiche. Suggerisco inoltre l'uso come BB cream miscelandolo a poca crema idratante: vista l'alta pigmentazione del prodotto consente di uniformare efficacemente l'incarnato con il minimo sforzo. La durata è buona, e migliora ulteriormente se fissato con della cipria, soprattutto se la pelle tende ad essere oleosa. L'applicatore è molto pratico, si tratta infatti di una spugnetta che eroga la giusta quantità di prodotto ruotandola rispetto alla struttura centrale. Risulta molto comodo perchè distribuisce perfettamente il fluido senza disomogeneità. Una volta distribuito sulla pelle bastano pochi gesti per rifinire l'applicazione che risulta sempre impeccabile. La colorazione light è adatta per chi ha un colorito tendente al chiaro, ma personalmente è una colorazione che trovo adatta anche ad una leggera abbronzatura estiva. Non ho esperienze dirette sulla colorazione nude.

Genuine product. Arrives in great condition, usually packaged carefully. This is my second time buying this concealer from Amazon. It's the same product that you would buy in store, but for a fraction of the price and delivered right to your door. I use this product as both concealer and foundation. You don't need to use much, so this tube, although small, will outlast larger bottles of foundation. You can put powder over this concealer and it won't turn gluggy if you're going for a matte finish, and highlighter also stays put if you want a more glowy, dew-y look instead. This is a great concealer, lasts all day and makes your skin look amazing - I highly recommend it! (My shade is 01, which equates to rose ivory in L'Oreal and 1.5N in Dior, and for what it's worth, I think that this concealer does a better job as a foundation than L'Oreal and Dior...)
