I live in phoenix az and it is summer. how do they ship it im worried that itll melt

We, CheeseDelicatessenCom, ship our products via the United States Postal Service. We use the postal service flat rate boxes. So, we do combine shipping if you order more than one item or multiple pounds of one particular item. Flat rate shipping is $17.00 per box. All orders are vacuum sealed and packaged with gel ice packs to keep cool during shipping. Orders ship no later in the week than Tuesday. This is to ensure freshness. If shipped after Tuesday there is a chance your order will sit in a terminal over the weekend.

How long will this product last after its received?

Hello. In general cheese have "stable long life". Extra aged and hard cheeses can be safe for several years. Only "fresh" cheeses should be watch for expiration and spoiled. Fresh cheese similar to Ricotta (which have a lot of moist, liquid). Gjetost cheese is semi hard. So if you will eat this cheese by next Christmas (2017) I will not surprise by that.

is this the same product that is also sold at ikea?

I didn't know this was sold at IKEA if the label is the same I imagine it is I'll hv to look for it.
