Good for me.
Good. I take these when I get continuous heartburn - it helps me reduce the acidity. I do not take it for more that 3 days straight. Always consult your physician before taking any medicines and or supplements.

Brilliant for gout sufferer's
I have been using this product twice a day for almost a year now after reading online about the benefits for gout sufferers I was really sceptical but purchased it in desperation after starting to get gout attacks frequently since I have been taking this product is have only had the start of one attack whilst at work so when I came home I took 2 capsules and the attack went within a few hours so now I take one in the morning and one in the evening as a preventative measure I also take the cherry active capsules along side these as I also read about the benefits of cherry for gout sufferer's.

So easy to use
I rally love the these capsules, they are so easy to take with me when I go out. I used to use powdered Bicarb, but these are so convenient- I just keep them in my bag and use as needed- love them.

Help with eczema symptoms
I use these to help with my eczema. They reduce my flare ups fast. As soon as I feel my eczema coming on, I pop 4 of these. They're like antihistamines for me but natural.

Not sure!
As I needed the sodium bicarbonate without aluminium these seemed to be the optimum choice. However, I did not realise the capsules have to be taken 1-2 hours after each meal, rather than single doses morning and evening. In addition, the container does not state any recommended maximum daily dose. I have not used them as yet, and will probably buy the powder as an alternative.
