Great strap and brilliant customer service
The strap is a great fit for my watch, very comfortable and really good quality however the 2 loops on the strap have both failed now in less than 12 months so I can no longer tuck the strap end into any loops. Customer support is going to resolve which is brilliant, thank you.

Strong and looks good
The strap is of strong sturdy material. It's a little stiff but I'm hoping it will soften in time with usage. It looks great but only quarm I have is the pin that attaches to the watch. The strap is supposed to have a pin on a spring which clicks into the watch. But I found the pin had no spring and I had to push into the watch. I feel a bit uneasy in case the pin comes out and my watch falls from my wrist. It hasn't but I'm worried because of the pin. Hence three stars and not five.
