Our 7yo son is very characteristicly neurodivergent and it was suggested to us from him to go on medication. Being entirely against that as we didn’t want him dependent on medication, I started researching ways to naturally help support his mental health and development. Along with some adjustments to his screen use and exercise, this has helped immensely to improve his focus and overall fidgeting while at school. He is getting less notes from his teacher about behavior and he seems much more relaxed throughout the day. The only downside is that the gummies stick together. Not a deal breaker with how great they taste and how well they work. Highly recommend.

This is a great value on a good magnesium supplement. This gummy tastes great and has several different kinds of magnesium in it. When I take magnesium I tend to sleep better and my stomach stays better regulated. With our depleted diets these days it's important to make sure we get a good range of minerals and vitamins in our bodies. This is just one way for me to try and make my health journey a bit easier.

Great flavor, chews and dissolved easily and quickly. Only thing I cannot attest to is the bioavailabity and amount of Mg in the chews. I am not a lab. I can only believe what I read. A mite sticky despite the silica packet to help that.

I want to give this a higher rating, because it really is the best magnesium sleep aid I have found. The problem is that the dessicant they use is absolutely worthless. These gummies sweat worse than a teenage boy's hands, and get so sticky they practically glue themselves to the inside of the bottle.
