How do you remove the glue once you pop the dent?

It peels off with your fingers. But you can also use alcohol. That's what it says to use in the directions

will the glue damage the paint job?

No will not damage the paint when you using the glue don't leave on the paint more than 8 minute If you do will be more time to take off but won't

Does this really work ? I herd someone say its not strong enough ! Are the glue sticks different than normal glue sticks ?

Not really mate, most of the components broken once you remove, west of money. seller never response
