These are great
These are great for ground coffee and they save me a fortune. I use them through out the week and fill them back up on a weekend. Allows e to enjoy my favourite coffee grounds.

A good value alternative to Nescafe capsules
A mixed start as the first capsule broke and the entire filter and base of the capsule completely came apart after just a couple of uses and nothing out of the ordinary. The second capsule however is still going and showing no signs of wear or tear after around 50 uses so far. One thing I did find was that using finely ground beans didn't seem to work and caused the machine to make a lower pitched sound and not push water through.Pros:- Allows me to cut down my plastic waste- Saves a lot of money on Nescafe capsules by using regular ground coffee- Gives a wider variety of choice for flavour etc- Fairly easy to clean, you can generally tap most of the coffee out and the the included brush then gets any remaining smaller coffee grounds out quickly.Cons:- As I think other reviewers have mentioned, the capsules can be difficult to get back out of the holder, I use a small spoon to help gently ease an edge out before removing the capsule.- Can be a bit messy as the capsules continue dripping through after the machine has stopped, so having a small bucket or container for waste is advisable.- First capsule filter detaching itself entirely within 2-3 uses leads me to believe the product might be a little inconsistent.- Very finely ground coffee may not work as well as medium ground coffee

A great idea and a bonus for the planet.
Brilliant! I bought these for 2 reasons: a) to save on plastic wastage with the original pods and b) to save money as the dolce gusto pods are going up in price all the time. I wasn't sure they would work but decided they were cheap enough to give it a go and I'm very glad I did. I tried two different coffees to start with and found it works well with fairly finely ground coffee (too fine and the water won't go through the coffee). You can vary the strength of your coffee depending on how much you put in the pod and you get great crema on top of the coffee. I quite like the ritual of filling them up, it's easy to do and the variety of coffee you can drink (as a black coffee drinker) is unlimited. I haven't had these very long so I don't know how many pods a whole packet of coffee makes but I can tell it will be a lot; the savings made will be significant.Update: Using between 8 and 10g of Lavazza Rosso coffee per pod means I get in excess of 25 cups for around £3.50. I find the grind of this coffee works very well.

Very good replacement multi use pods
Wanted to get away from single use plastic pods for the sake of the environment. These seem perfect for the job. Easy to refill and use. However .... they have proved to be not very good with fine ground coffee. Despite only part filling the pod and not tamping, the water flow thru the coffee is not good, they tend to clog up. The pressure then builds up and blows the lid of the pod so that water comes out everywhere. Very messy. Also it seems most ground coffee you buy is fine ground; need medium or coarse. Haven't so far found any, anyone help?

The pods are of good quality and reasonably priced
The pods are of good quality and reasonably priced. So far I have made several cups of coffee, mainly espresso and lungo (americano) and I like the result. I grind beans in a burr grinder to "fine". There is even a nice crema sitting on top of the espresso. The pods get stuck in the holder but i figured how to pop them out easily: press on the bottom bit and the pod can now be extracted as usual.

Weak coffee
The concept is great. You can help the planet plus use your favorite coffe powder. The caps are very easy to use and wash but unfortunately the coffee is very weak for the amount of powder we use. Probably because the ready made ones the coffee is compressed and it makes harder for the water to go through allowing it to have time to get the flavours out. I will keep using for the ecological point of view but the results are not the same.

Really easy to use
I have used these as an alternative to the pre filled pods due to my desire to reduce waste & get better economy. They work perfectly. I have tried them with Lavazza & Segafredo coffee & using 3 1/2 scoops lightly tamped, get a superb cup of coffee. I get 28-29 cups per 250g pack of coffee. Well worth acquiring

Great product!
I love these! They work great and I'm so happy i can use my own coffee grinds and not create waste using my dolce gusto machine. I haven't had any problems with them at all So far and would completely recommend them. It comes with a little scooper to measure the coffee grinds which is perfect and a brush for cleaning too. I'm so sad I've somehow managed to lose my scooper though :(

Great Quality
The pods are very sturdy, environmentally-friendly and produce better coffee when the beans are finely ground. Would definitely buy again.

Funcionan a la perfección
Fenomenal.
