Purchased these (x3) to keep cool in recent heat wave (May/July 2026) Good quality product, does the job very well. Just pop in freezer, take out & use when required. All family can use. Use in day time or at night when going to sleep. They remain cool on your body for about 30-45 minutes. A great relief in extreme heat. They are flexible & comfortable enough put around your neck. Packs can be used for hot or cold, reusable.

This is a really great pack, especially for cold use. I have never used it for hot, so admittedly cannot comment on its efficacy in those situations; however, it works really well for any aches, cooling for minor burns, and the size is very reasonable as it covers a decent amount of area. I have used it wrapped up in a tea towel tied around an arm or leg and it works well to stay put. It does not have any weird smell (if that's a concern), but as any fabric-type item may do, it could take on smells from your freezer, so plan accordingly. I've even used it in a pinch as an ice pack to keep the shopping cold in transit, and for these extra hot evenings, you can take it to bed with you. I bought this in 2017 and it's still going strong!

Absolutely worth the price. I've only used these as ice packs so far but they are very good. Freeze quickly and are mouldable right after removing g from the freezer if you need to wrap it around d a joint or if they were folded in the freezer and need manipulating before applying to the sore area. Been using them for lower back and neck and they work great for it. Prefect size to wrap the back of you neck entirely with one ice pack.

I haven't actually used these yet but my husband thinks they're great, so that's good enough for me. We haven't used the hot option yet only the cold one and that seems very good.

Great price for so many. I like these much better than the solid ice packs. Lighter and take up less space, and cause less condensation drips. Also great in the fridge just for your head or shoulders when it's hot out. Not used them as hot packs yet but as ice packs they work great. Stay cold just as long as regular ones but mouldable for body parts!

Great for cold or warm compress. Use for period pain and fever. Easy to heat up, very resistant and useful to have at home

Although I haven't used it as a heat pack yet, it works brilliantly as a cold pack! I use it to numb my head during migraines (please be careful when doing so), and it helps a lot! I would advise others to put a sleeve/cloth over the pack though as it too cold to safely use without one.

So far these are fantastic. I keep them in the freezer and use them after work every evening. They are SO cold it almost hurts to touch them!! They stay cold long after my old cold pack has been warmed by my skin. They're a perfect size and shape for wrapping round my ankles and feet or sitting along my hamstrings. I've rested my legs in them and leaned my back on them and they haven't split.

Solo la he usado para frío, pero hubo una época en la que la usaba todos los días, y perfecta, aguanta bien el frío durante unos 20 minutos, es cómoda, tiene bastante gel dentro y es suficientemente grande para usarlo en las dos rodillas a la vez. Contento con la compra.

Ces poches de gel sont indispensables à la maison. Utilisables à chaud comme à froid, elles sont vraiment solides et ne fuient pas. C'est très efficace pour soulager rapidement les tendinites et les petites blessures du quotidien. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande !

Ho acquistato questo prodotto nell'aprile del 2015 per risolvere infiammature dovute alla pratica sportiva agonistica. Dopo quasi tre anni di utilizzo, abbastanza intensivo, posso serenamente affermare che il prodotto, rispetto ad altri equivalenti (o presunti tali) ha: - un formato più grande e può "raffreddare" una zona più estesa, - una grande flessibilità e permette pertanto di avvolgere parzialmente articolazioni - una buona qualità del materiale esterno che ne migliora la fruibilità in appoggio sulla pelle - una lunga durata (anche se non consiglio un trattamento oltre i 20 minuti) In sintesi un ottimo prodotto, assolutamente consigliato!

The cooling part works like charm.. As for heating it can get a bit warm but you will have to microwave a lot and that too in few intervals you will need to turn off the machine because it might get explode m but it does what it says..
