Can this product be used with a 400Watt Fog Machine? Like the 1byone 400W Output 2000CFM Fog Machine?

Yes - I've just purchased this along with the 1byone mini Fog Machine 400 Watt (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00F2AIAJQ) and it works a treat.

Can you just use water instead

No but you can make your own: distilled water (ideally, tap will do but will get deposits after a while) and glycerin from the chemist. Just mix it up. Very Thick Smoke: 30% Glycerin | 70% Water Thick Smoke: 20% Glycerin | 80% Water Less Thick Smoke: 15% Glycerin | 85% Water

stupid question but can you use it in a ecig

Most vape juice contains 50% glycerin where as the most thick non toxic fog juice you can buy is 30% I've used loads of low density (15%) fog juice and the warnings about scratchy throats seem to be blown way out of proportion
