Work perfectly with my amazon basics vacuum sealer. I don't sous vide so can't comment how they cope with heat but they do make good strong vacuum sealed bags. When I need more I will re-order

Very good product best I've used and yes will buy again

a touch lighter weight than the Andrew James bags that came with my sealer but i've found this to make no difference, even when SousViding at high, 80C+ temps for extended time periods i.e 24 hours plus. couple of things to note; -Make sure you cut a straight clean line across these; as with any roll based bag it's a pig to seal or vacuum if you don't -If possible pre-cut your bag and leave it under a heavy cookbook or similar to ensure end section is flattened before filling it, if not then evolve an additional pair of hands to pull taut whilst you seal or vacuum it. -As with all bags make sure you have a solid seal before submersion, if in doubt (or just for piece of mind) vacuum seal then move the bag down slightly and put a seal only line on the open end Over all very impressed, especially as these are big enough to take most things, managed to fit a 2kg rib of beef in with some artful arranging.

As described, easy to use

I use vacuum bags a lot for our Sous Vide cooking. these seem to perform as intended but then again so has all the other brands I've used in the past. The fit perfectly in the vacuum sealer I have. The cutting blade on the vacuum sealer did struggle a bit on cutting the bag but I recall it's always been the same on other brands of bags

I've been getting these regularly on Amazon's Subscribe & Save since 2018 and have never had an issue with these vacuum sealer rolls. They work perfectly with my FoodSaver vacuum sealer and the only time I don't get an airtight seal is when I inadvertently manage to pull liquid past the sealing bar - for very large, or very long cooks (or items with sharp bones such as t-bones or ribs) I do double-bag the contents "just-in-case" however I have yet to have needed to rely on the second bag. Great value for money, highly recommended for anyone looking for a decent quality sous-vide bag that doesn't break the bank.

Ich habe den Pullover gekauft und er passt wirklich sehr gut.... ach ne, Folienrollen.... ok... die sitzen etwas eng am Bauch... ach ne, ok aber jetzt: Die Folien sind echt gut, sehr stabil und reißfest und für den Preis ein echt gute Alternative zu den Folien die schon als Beutel erhältlich sind. Selbst unser günstiges Vakuumiergerät hat mit diesen Beuteln keine Probleme. Sie sind wirklich sehr dicht. Preis/Leistung passt, also kaufen.

Deze gekocht om te proberen, maar het hele huis ruikt direct naar de inhoud van de vacuumzak (bij gebruik met sous vide). Bij andere zakken nooit dit probleem gehad.
