I especially bought this as I have a black car. Usually I’m skeptical since I’ve tried so many car cleaning products over the many decades.. but boy oh boy! This one was amazing! I don’t like posting photos but I have to say that even I am astonished by the shine on my car! Gosh! It’s like brand new! Wow! It rained today and when it dried off, my word! They weren’t lying when they said, “water beads off!” So definitely will be purchasing more of this.. In fact, that’s it. I’m sold! This is ridiculously the best product for my car. Not turning back! If you have a darker coloured car and are often worried about it being mucky —this is definitely the best clean. Go get it.. You won’t be disappointed.

Always go for this product when it comes to my car. Love it. A deep cleansing car wash, very protective against the elements, leaves the car super clean, lathers extremely well and yoy instantly know that you have long lasting protection from dirt, grease, grime, beading rainfall just falls off the car when you're used this product, keeps the car well protected against the elements, a hi shine for weeks always reliable.

Have to start with the smell on this one, its SO good. Proper nice to use, not one of those shampoos that just smells like generic soap. Foams up really well too, dont need loads of it either, a capful goes a long way which is always a bonus. Leaves the paint looking really glossy after aswell, no streaks or that dull finish you sometimes get. Only thing id say is this is more of a summer shampoo in my experience. When theres no salt or grit about its brilliant, but come winter I dont think it has enough bite to properly maintain a ceramic coating, so i tend to switch to something more professional during the tougher months. Not a knock on the product, just knowing what its good for. Great shampoo for the right conditions, just dont expect it to be a year round do it all.

Absolute game changer. Made washing the car so much easier. If your one of the people that thinks it doesn't matter what product you use then this will change your mind. Great thickness and foams up well. Glides across paintwork

Top class wash product, have used before and would be happy to use again. Good suds and helps to retain protection. Would recommend and I'm a seasoned car buff.

Einleitung: Ich habe mir ein neues Auto gekauft. Ein sehr kompetenter Kollege meinte darauf, dass Handwäsche viel schonender ist und ich unbedingt Meguiars kaufen sollte. Er empfahl mir das Soft-Gel (pink). Auf Grund des Preises entschied ich mich für das "Wash & Wax". Teuer? Es gibt einige Bewertungen wo drin steht, dieses Shampoo wäre teuer. Es ist richtig, dass es im Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern (z.B. Sonax) im "Preis pro Liter" deutlich teurer ist. Es handelt sich hier allerdings um eine ca.1,5 Liter Flasche und lediglich 30ml sind pro Wäsche nötig. In der Theorie bedeutet dies ca.48 Waschvorgänge. In einer anderen Bewertung stand etwas von 45 Waschvorgängen...also ein realistischer Wert. Vergleiche ich dies mit Waschstraßen wo pro Wäsche mindestens 6 Euro anfallen, finde ich 0,4 Euro spotbillig, vor allem wenn man das Ergebnis betrachtet und weiß, dass es ein deutlich schonendes werthaltiges Verfahren für sein Auto ist. Ergebnis: (Vorbereitung: Ich war in einer SB-Waschanlage und habe für 1 Euro mit einem Hochdruckreiniger das Auto grob gereinigt. Muss man aber nicht. Dann zuhause per Hand weiter gewaschen.) Ich habe das Auto mit einem AllClear 2-Seiten Allrounder gewaschen. Dazu habe ich 30ml des Schampoos in einen 5 Liter Eimer gefüllt und einen weiteren 10 Liter Eimer mit klarem Wasser daneben gestellt. Anschließend (nicht kreisend) das Auto gewaschen. Das Shampoo schäumt sehr gut, riecht aber überhaupt nicht schlimm oder nach Hubba Bubba (wie anderer Tester schrieben). Als das Auto fertig gewaschen/eingeseift war, habe ich mit einem Gartenschlauch von Dach abwärts den Shampoo weggewaschen. Danach noch mal Stellen die groben Schmutz hatten, den ich übersehen hatte, mit dem Lappen geputzt...noch mal mit Schlauf abgewaschen. Normalerweise sollte man jetzt noch das Auto trocken putzen. Da es aber leicht regnete an dem Tag, habe ich mir dies gespart. Was sofort beim Abwaschen auffiehl war, dass das Wasser sauber abperlte, wie bei einem gewachsten Auto. Später als die Sonne schien sah ich ein super glänzendes Auto. Da mir der Kollege, der diverse Foren durchforstet hatte, empfahl das Auto erst nach 6 Monaten zu waschen (Lack muss aushärten), werde in einem Monat die Wäsche wiederholen und dann zusätzlich einwachsen. Bin von dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden...und teuer oder nicht, aber 40 Cent pro Wäsche finde ich nicht teuer...und 20 Euro im Jahr sollte einem sein Auto wert sein.

Ok first off - i used to be an ASE mechanic years ago and had detail / auto body friends give me tips.. with that said i fall between a novice and intermediate on experience level with cars... but the negative reviews on here that are in regard to the performance of this - are just lost in life lol... Use - 4 cap fulls, just a few oz, literally makes a bout two buckets worth.. the first bucket is EXTRA soapy with bright white thick foam. its amazing.. i feel it in my hands and its thick and u can feel the wax in it.. the first bucket ill use for the car (2011 Ford Edge Limited 303a pckg w/ the limited edition metal flake paint job.. 2nd bucket of suds i get from the 4 cap fulls is a little diluted vs the 1st (im talking the suds are maybe 70%??) so i use that on the tires n rims and etc... Clean - bam! it blasts thru all sorts of stuff... i have hard lime based water where i live with lots of clay in the ground (Maryland).. so i fight the water quality as well as the dirt on the car is tough to get off. this stuff just is so thick n sudsy, it does an OUTSTANDING job!! Shine - I will do a once over with a california blade (its a long handle that has this 12-14'' long silicone piece (think silicone wiper blade) and just get the bulk of the water off with it.. than i go back and use my chamois.. and then microfiber for any left over water... let it dry and it shines sparkles and just jaw drops (and for the nit picky people - this is a wash and wax.... gimme a break and get a grip if you think its going to make your car shine like an actual high quality wax job!!!!!!! be realistic...) After thoughts - the BEST bang for your buck.. Bonus! - as i was driving into work i noticed the rain beaded up on my windshield and zipped right off. you know what other times this happens? when i WAX my car or use Rain X (rain x is that silicone and wax based application). out of all the wash n wax options out there (and i have used 5 diff types) NONE and i mean NONE gave this affect - as if i had just waxed my windshield. this shows and proves first hand the level of wax and quality of this wash. BUY THIS WASH AND WAX!!!!

The wash and wax is the best I have tried. The wax feature is evident and the color of the car truly sparkles after cleaning, like show room condition. Highly recommended. Though will advise to use less than the instructions as a small amount is quite soapy already.
