It was like magic. I never expected this to last but it has. I was very sceptical when I first started taking this product but here we are over 4 weeks and still not one single hot flush. Usually, I would wake up at least 3 times in the night and push off the duvet and would have up to 20 or more \"turns\" as I would call them throughout the day.
