Yes it is! Do watch your intensity though as you will go straight through it!! We use a laser cutter with this Lino on a regular basis.

I'm going to say no - the description says it's linoleum which is not vinyl (which is plastic). Linoleum is made from natural renewable materials so as it says linoleum in the description, I'm going to presume it's not plastic.
