It is very comfy, the handle and pole does not dig into the back and very easy to change from backpack to hold luggage

Hi, the wheels are plastic but very hard and sturdy. I've had no issues and have wheeled across numerous surfaces and the wheels and suitcase itself is still intact. I hope this helps.

Mine has been on KLM and Air France. Tends to fall over when put upright but a useful bag nevertheless.
