Only have to look online to see the multiple benefits of daily use, for sure it has stopped my bloated feeling and has instantly stopped heartburn.I add 1x tablespoon in a tall glass of water but drink through a straw, mainly to preserve tooth enamel.Taste is sharp but you get used to it quickly, this brand comes with the mother bacteria and is the best I have used.

Good value for money. More than happy with the apple cider vinegar. I take this with cranberry juice and water every morning. I have found it beneficial with my blood sugar control.
