Mine did! And it does say Calvin Klein. They came with all the same tags and packaging as the ones I got from Nordstrom so I'm pretty sure they're legit.

I had to open the package to try a pair on (over underwear!) and find out that they were the wrong size. Can I still return?

Yes! Just package them back the best you can. Try them on over a pair for sage and clean measure.
