Stack of 100 bags is folded and placed inside another poly mailer by the manufacturer. Method is secured enough that manufacture also included in each bag (FREE of charge) a sheet of “HANDLE WITH CARE” labels.

What mil thickness are these.

There's no info on the bags themselves but they're about the same thickness and rigidity as another bag I have that claims to be 2.4 mil so I'd say they're in that 2-2.4 ballpark

is there a bag with one clear outer surface?

They may have some that are clear on one side but these are not.
