No these will not fit they are completely different fittings hopefully this helps

Are the head fixed or do they swivel

These Quattro Titanium blades don't swivel or rotate side to side. They are fixed. There is a very small amount of play in them, but they are primarily fixed. They are not as 'free-wheeling' as the Gillette Fusion blades if that's what you are comparing them to, which means it is a slightly longer shave with WS as you have to go slower / be more careful, ... but they are less then half the price of Gillete ones.
