What's the size of the ink area? Would it fit a 5-year old baby foot?

Hi there :) The inkless baby print kit pack includes two different sizes of papers - two measure 7x5 inches (18x13cm) and four measure 6x4 inches (15x10cm). Can the wipe be reused?
