These are good and I take 3 daily. So far I have had very few colds over the 4 years I have been taking them . They do look huge but I find them easy to swallow and if they don’t go over the first time well at least they taste orangey and not awful. I have probably just put the kiss of death on my no cold run but I won’t blame the vit C

After recently having some teeth extracted and now waiting for everything to heal before implants are put in their place, I've read that there's a lot of medical studies to say that Vitamin C is good as a help for repairing bones. I wanted a high strength tablet that I could take (once or twice a day) which will give my body the Vitamin C boost it needs during this jaw bone recovery period. These tablet absolutely fitted the bill. High strength, good quality, from a reputable company and an excellent price. Plus a supply that will last me for the healing time and beyond. Let's hope the medical research is correct and Vitamin C really does work....only time will tell!

Very large tablets If you have problems swallowing tablets this one could be a bit of a challenge.

I have been doing a lot of research on the many, many health benefits of vitamin c. Doctors say that you shouldn't take too many vitamins and that they could actually be harmful. I believe that many health care professionals say this as there isn't a lot of money in healthy people and vitamin c is a very cheap way of keeping you in good health. Your body will flush out what it doesn't need. Vitamin c aids cell renewal and in high doses (1000g+) has had positive effects on mental illnesses such as depression. If you would like to watch some really interesting documentaries on how much of a positive effect vitamin c, niacin and other supplements can have on your health then watch 'Food Matters' and 'Hungry For Change'. I've changed my view of what I eat and since I have been eating 'clean' and taking vitamin c and niacin, along with calcium (with vitamin D) and magnesium i have lost over a stone in 2 months and i feel very positive. I support my liver function with milk thistle and my skin is glowing. I can not recommended this product highly enough as 1000g of vitamin c daily has been a part of my daily routine for a long time but these are the best, the tablets are quite big but great on your stomach and as they are not coated in that horrible stuff they just go straight down and taste great anyway! 5 stars, i won't be buying from anywhere else in the future.
