Amazing sleep through the night dessert
I absolutely love this - have it as a hot chocolate if you’re dull ... I say to make sure you sleep through the night without waking up hanging ... go with 15-20g of hibernate with 125-150g of Greek yoghurt and a splash of coconut milk ... mix and chuck on a handful of fresh raspberries for the most amazing dessert / last meal of the day everSwirl in some peanut butter or sprinkle with pecan nuts to be a full on macro counting proFlavour on point and worth every penny - great value for money - nothing compares iMO

Delicious bedtime drink (add salt)
Honestly.. trust me: just a bit of salt and it totally improves the flavour, I use lo-salt to bump up the magnesium a bit more.. but normal salt works too. I use this to fill me up in the evening and give me a dose of things to help me sleep too. I have it hot. I add a mug of water to 2 scoops of powder and whizz it in my fruit ninja. Then add a bit of cream (not necessary but i'm keto and love a bit of cream) and pop it in the microwave.It's like a thick milkshake in consistency, a nice and thick(ish) hot chocolate.

Quality, Tasty Recovery & Sleep
This has been my go to casein for a number of years. I have confidence in the quality of the entire Icon Nutrition range. With hibernate the protein is from grass fed cattle with the added benefit of MCTs from coconut oil. I have it either as a shake or a mousse. It mixes very well and tastes great. I take it an hour before bed followed by their ZMA about half an hour later. In my eyes it is an award winning combination resulting in deep recovery sleeps ready to hit the training hard again the next day.

Love Icon nutrition's products. First time ever trying a casein protein. Nice flavour and texture. Really strange for me to have a hot chocolate but its a protein shake... need to try to make a mouse with it still. I would recommend this to anyone who feels like they need that xtra protein in their diet. If you are on a food plan this is so good as it takes away your sweet craving at night.Oh one more thing. As this is 100% grass fed you are getting the highest quality Casien protien.

Shocking improvement on my sleep
I bought this as an evening snack to help me sleep longer so I don't wake up ravenous, which I had been doing with another brand, and has helped. But this is a game changer. Never slept so well in 15 years.

Great taste
My 16 year son enjoys this as a hot chocolate drink before bed. He says it helps him sleep and great for getting protein up.

Versatile protein
The great thing about this is you make a chocolate flavour pudding with ease instead of shake which takes the edge of a tight diet, which is great protein.

Good flavour and not too heavy
I recently picked up this product and so far it is up there as one of the best protein powders I have tried. The taste is good and it doesn't feel too heavy to drink/digest. I would recommend this to anyone unsure of whether to try out casein.
