No more snoring since the first night
It works to stop the snoring since the first night! Just keep in mind since you are not used to have something in your mouth, is going to be a little uncomfortable at the beginning. Molding process was a bit complicated but once is molded it keeps it's shape.

Took a couple of nights to get used to putting it on. Has been a great product to minimise teeth grinding!

Really works!
I was about to buy CPAP machine for my OSA ( obstructive sleep apnea) when I paused to give mouth guards a try. I was skeptical at first but when I used it the first night, I could definitely feel the difference since I felt so fresh in the morning! It is hard to imagine that such a simple device can improve your sleep quality! Instructions say that it could take upto a week to get used to but for me 2 -3 days were enough. Also you may have to repeat the boil and bite method to get a better fit. Sure it does feel a little different sleeping with a mouth guard but it's worth the freshenss you feel in the morning. It may not work for everyone but those who are looking to buy CPAP machine must give it a try first. It may save you a ton of money and discomfort!

This does not work. Period. You will waste your money.

Breathing hole could be better
The hole was very *whistly* but other than that it was good. Woke up feelimg refreshed the day after!

The hot water moulding can be better. Plastic turns cloudy after 2 weeks. Overall works well.
