UPDATE: WATCH THE DATES IF BUYING IN BULK. Latest tablets sent had a best before date of 20 June 2026. Not brilliant as I have some others with a longer date on already opened. I usually take one capsule daily and there are 50 in bottle. WHy the short shelf life? Glas I didn't buy in bulk. Supports me and they work well. Solgar are a good brand and these appear to be consistant quality.

like the gold bottle looks classy
good addition to your health plan.. only gripe is too much extra plastic packaging around the bottle.. i care about our planet and i feel sick to think where will this plastic outer layer end up in an ocean somewhere?? please remove this layer of plastic so I can enjoy buying more bottles without feeling guilty ..

Be aware
I have used this for a few days but it started severe pain in my right abdomen, goes to back at kidney side along with frequent urination. So disappointed by using it, and there is no any return or refund option at all.
