So if you are used to the usual meal replacements and the sweetness that comes with it then these will take a few trys to get used to. These shakes are packed full of goodness and comparing side by side to a big name slimming meal replacement shake the ingredients speak for themselves. No added fake flavours, strange "acids" or other addrd nasties.I purchased the trial box originally to find my favourite flavour and must say I wasnt fond of one flavour, it was a real holding the nose gulp it down with the strawberry. Have found the rest palateable although macadamia and vanilla has come out on top for me, so have gone on to purchasing full size bags of this. The flavour can be very versatile as to what you do with it too.Never before have I ever felt completely full after a meal replacement before until now, and it is truly satisfying and filling for at least 4 hours. Sometimes after breakfast I have missed lunch or had it later as I am still full from brekkie.Calorie wise for dieters, I have been making my shake up with 250ml of koko coconut milk and 50ml of coconut water, handful of raspberries, tablespoon of pomegranate seeds and a teaspoon of chia seeds and calculated at around 287 calories. Mixing with coconut milk is far lower in calories than regular milk, the coconut milk also enhances the flavour greatly.Weight wise, I use this product either once or twice a day since January with a regular dinner up to 800 calories and have lost 22 pounds. I feel healthier, happier and my skin is clear and glowing for the first time in years. I absolutely love Purition Fuelled by nature! X

This protein shake does what it says - tastes delicious and isnt sweet so I add a banana to sweeten and make it thick now and then but on it's own still delicious. Put it in yoghurt yesterday and again tasted great and was more grainy as I hadnt blended but I enjoyed that side of it. Keeps me feeling full for most of the day and seem to have more energy and generally feel brighter! Would recommend this particular flavour but have yet to try others so I am looking forward to trying more.

One of my first bags of Purition, which I’m using to stop me from mindlessly shovelling in carbs and sugar during lockdown. I’m currently enjoying Purition shakes for breakfast and lunch, 6 days a week. This is a good “first go” flavour as its less earthy and sweeter than some.I’m mixing it with lactofree semi-skimmed milk, using a USB handheld blender, which works perfectly. I find that giving the shake 2-3 45 second blends, then the same again with ice, produces a lovely smooth, foamy texture. This would probably be less time if you have a nutribullet or other high power blender. It still has a little texture from the nuts and seeds but it’s not unpleasant. The flavour is there but not overpowering, and it’s not too sweet which I’m really happy about. I am finding it doesn’t keep me full for hours but that’s to be expected in the first week, when going from high to low carb - I’m on day 4 and feeling less hungry each day.I’ve used SlimFast and Huel in the past. The former was too sweet, too limited in flavour and full of rubbish. The latter was just foul, so disgusting I couldn’t even drink it and resorted to making Huel porridge but I gave up after a week because trying to swallow it actually made me gag.Purition by contrast is actually tasty, natural and enjoyable. There’s a massive range of flavours and none are too sweet. I’m now experimenting with all the different flavours (in sachets, ordered direct from the company) and trying the vegan options too (more gritty and earthy but more filling).

I really liked this product for all the reasons already given - mainly the natural ingredients. I think it might be helpful to know the following -*if your previous protein shakes have been chemical cocktails such as Herbalife etc, you will find this very different. It is not sickly sweet. It has a very subtle sweetness and a more nutty/earthy taste. I like that, others might not. There is a slightly grainy consistency, which is in keeping with having nuts and seeds blended in the mix. If you've made your own natural smoothies before you'll be ok with this. If you've only ever had uber sweet, smooth chemical shakes you may need to acclimatise!* each shake takes 4-6 scoops of powder - with the bag allowing 50 scoops- that is only 10-12 servings per bag*once it is made up the consistency will alter if you leave it (I take it with me to drink after a 20 mile run) - the chia seeds likely swell but it's more gloopy and seperates a little. You need to give it a good shake before drinking to mix it.*it's overall a good protein mix to have for convenience. I suppose when I compare costs however I can make the same at home more economically by blending the raw ingredients at home into a smoothie. But I can buy big bag of whey/soya/pea protein powder for about £5 from Tesco, and throw some nuts, chia, fruit etc in to make the same drink really. But, to have in the cupboard as an easy, healthy, ready blended protein mix then it's pretty good.

Before trying Purition, I was having protein shakes from a leading exercise brand for my breakfast. I wanted to try something different that had a more distributed ratio of protein, carbs and fat that could still be made up and drunk as a shake. Purition seemed to fit the bill! I ordered the trial pack with various flavours initially.The first thing I found with Purition is that there are many small pieces of nuts, chia seeds etc. When made up as a shake, these bits do not go into suspension, instead they sediment to the bottom meaning that it's necessary to constantly swirl the mixture while drinking it to try to keep them moving. Further to that, trying to drink something with small chunks in it is quite difficult and I found myself "eating" the shake which to me, really defeats the point.The marketing information states that "real food doesn't dissolve, so use a blender". I have tried this and it does help slightly but not completely. There are still many bits at the bottom, particularly chia seeds. As a result of this I have now moved on to the other serving suggestion of putting the powder on yoghurt and eating it. This is fine, a bit of a pain to manually mix up, and not really what I wanted from the product.I did go on to buy the full size packs of Purition as I still prefer the nutrition ratio compared to the protein-heavy shakes I was having before, but for me this product would be hugely improved if all of the ingredients were finely milled to a powder before they get packed. They'd stay in suspension much better and I could drink it instead of eating.

Very nice taste and gives me energy throughout the day

I have never been able to diet before, but this is an Excellent Product. Love the taste of this. In 8 weeks I have lost over 10 pounds - with a holiday and all the eating that entails in the middle. So I am well pleased. Easy to use (I love mine warmed for 60 seconds in the microwave - it thickens like a porridge), enjoyable to drink and versatile. See the Puriton website for suggestions. Coconut is my favourite (bizarrely as I hate coconut normally). Most days I go from breakfast to mid afternoon with no feeling of a need for food, and with a few nuts or a piece of fruit I then last until my normal dinner in the evening - and even then I have gradually developed a need for smaller portions. I still have apple pie & custard, & mince pies etc but just a small portion. The one thing I would say, is make sure you don't skimp on the body's other needs. I was having a few dizzy spells, and I wasn't getting enough salt in my diet. So I now have a few crisps (just 4 or 5) or add a small amount to my food and that seems to have resolved it, without affecting the weight loss.

Ich habe schon viele verschiedene Eiweißpulver ausprobiert, dieses hier schmeckt mir mit Abstand am besten. Das ganz große Plus für mich ist bei diesem Produkt, dass es mit Stevia gesüßt ist, und nicht mit Sucralose wie sehr viele andere Produkte. Es ist auch nicht so extrem süß wie manche andere. Die kleinen Macadamia-Stückchen und der Sesam geben mir das Gefühl, etwas zu essen und nicht zu trinken. Es macht mich satt und hält lange an. Ich mische es auch gerne mit einer zerdrückten Banane, oder mit einem Eiweiß-Müsli.

Der Geschmack ist quasi der gleiche wie vom Puriton Kokos. Dennoch finde ich es lecker, bin zufrieden mit dem Produkt.

Not really a sweet type of shake and has some strange textures to it. Maybe if I mix a banana with it. Overall very bland in flavor and not my "go to" shake.

Das Eiweißpulver ist wirklich TOP!!Die Zusammensetzung aus natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen und die Konsistenz unterscheiden sich etwas von den pulvrigen Eiweißshakes - was mich persönlich aber absolut nicht stört!Der Geschmack kann durch Zugabe von Obst oder Birkenzucker etwas abgerundet werden.Ich persönlich verwende das Pulver gerne in Smoothies, Joghurt oder mit Milch angerührt zu einem leckeren Müsli.Einziges Manko für mich ist der hohe Preis im Verhältnis zur Menge!Zahlt sich aber als Abwechslung zwischendurch aus!

Not what I expected. It doesn't taste that great to me and it is SUPER grainy. Basically, you are drinking a crunchy nut drink. Even the Vitamix couldn't make it smooth.
