is this product gluten free?

This product is gluten free I am gluten intolerant and take daily with no ill effect

What are the size of these capsules? I'm no good with large tablets. Thanks.

Tablets are very large and quite difficult to swallow.

Does this make your skin whiter ?

That would be glutathione that makes ur skin lighter. I’m not sure if glutamine make u lighter. 2 different things.
