Can I use this vinyl on clothing

Dear Customer, Thanks for your question. Our vinyl is developped with permanent pressure sensitive adhesive, specially made for windows, glasses, woods, floor decoration etc. You should look for heat transfer vinyl specially for cloths application. Thank you

This is not heat tanager, correct? It has adhesive like a sticker?

Dear customer, Thanks for your question, yes, our permanent vinyl is not like heat transfer paper, It has adhesive like a sticker, it can only be pasted on smooth clean and dry surfaces, such as cups. Cannot be used for clothing. But our vinyl products are not printable vinyls and cannot be used with Inkjet Printers. Best wishes

Can this brushed silver vinyl be used without a cutting mat in the cricut joy like the smart vinyls can?

We recommend using cutting pads for more convenience
