Can anyone advise if I would be able to fit a large mug in these bags?

I ordered these. (3 sizes). What came were all one sized, large and very poor quality.

Are these suitable for sublimation printing?

I have read up on the process and in my opinion it would possibly work my reservation would be, would it be worth it on such a disposable bag. Very light weight and really a food bag ,would not take any weight
