Aftercut 3 Day Green Lawn Feed and Conditioner, 200 m2, 7 kg

I have never been a fan of granular lawn feed as I've never had much success, preferring liquid feeds for a more rapid result. However I purchased this product last year in an end of season clear out from a large retailer, a purchase that was made more the easier by it's cheap price. 2017 was the first year of using this product and the results have been nothing short of amazing (see images) The procedure I used was to cut the lawn short, apply the product by hand (1 handful is approximately 30g to be applied per Sq metre) although I probably applied more likely 50g per sq metre. After application I sprayed the lawn briefly with the hose to prevent the fertiliser blowing away, although if rain is pending you could skip this procedure. I have found as with all lawn feed products the best time to apply is just prior to rain, which gives the feed the best start of dissolving into the lawn and the lush green grass result that I and so many happy customers have achieved.

It is one of the best we have used it for a couple of years everybody asks what we put on our grass,to make it so green, great stuff.

My second review after my first slated it. 5 days on (not 3!) there's a definite thickness and greenness to my lawn. Definitely more prominent in places than others but that's down to my application. For this, you absolutely 100% need an applicator thingy!

Used it on my two “ Bowling Green Lawns” that we’re seeded in the early Summer and by golly it’s champion. The front lawn draws comments no from passers by that it can’t be real grass and they ask to touch it. Top Quality Product.

Thought it hadn't worked but then, after a few weeks, was pleasantly surprised with lush green grass. Although I had watered it in, it really took off after a good spell of rain. I would also recommend using a spreader for uniform application.

Read the instructions and water soon after applying if it doesn’t rain.

I’m new to gardening :) so I’m getting the hang on the lawn and plants. We have dogs and noticed uneven patches on the lawn from urine and playing. So I bought this to try help even it up. I am impressed, it’s a small grain that you spread evenly over. I have 100 metre square and used half a box, I didn’t use gloves and spread by hand, which looked as though I had faked tanned after I had done, it washes off really easily. And true to the description it was greener in 3 days. Will continue to purchase.

Good price for the size carton you get. I’ve only used it once so far and I saw a little Improvement.
