This is a Great Brush and will take your models to the next level
I have a number of air brushes form expensive ones through to a really cheap ones that I tend to use all the time , this being the case I thought that I would give the GaGa a go. I ordered the brush on the Friday and it turned up on the Saturday morning, to my delight. The unit is very well packaged in its own box and has a great selection of sizes and fittings. The first thing that you notice is that the brush is very well made and well balanced with a good size paint cup. The Hose supplied was also very nice and non kink. The brush is pre fitted with the 0.2mm option , and I could not wait to see how it worked. The first paint I tried was the Vallejo metallic's and I was amazed at the control and line size I could achieve which is great for burnt metal effects. It was also great for Luftwaffe mottles which i have always struggled with. What I discovered is there is a secondary regulator under the cup that seems to control the paint flow to an even greater degree that I have not seen before. I then tried Tamiya straight out of the bottle , no problems, then thinned Humbrol ,Revell Mr Hobby etc, again with no problems. I would recommend that you always thin down your paints to Mig, Vallejo viscosity anyway to stop clogging. I did not try Mr surfacer , or any lacquers where you are putting down large even layers which i will leave to my older brushes. Its not that I don't think the brush cant handle it , but because I want to keep it for detail work. This is a really good brush and the price is amazing for what you get. I am delighted with this product, If you are a hobbyist like me trying to get that extra detail

Fantastic airbrush for the price! Great for a beginner!
Great entry level airbrush for anyone thinking about getting into airbrushing. I recently bought this because I wanted to get into airbrush painting scale model aircraft, with very happy results. For anyone thinking of getting into airbrushing, but not sure they want to splash out on an expensive brush, this is a bargain for the cost. I must add that it may not be up to fine detail, such as post-shading (unless you have a very steady hand), but it worked very well for pre-shading, where less accuracy is necessary. I must also note that you get what you pay for and the nozzle seems very brittle, as it broke from the threads while putting it back in after cleaning, and I've subsequently had to order a new nozzle, so keep this in mind when handling the nozzle. But This brush has allowed me to do exactly what I wanted to do with very high quality results. It functions very smoothly and is relatively easy to disassemble and reassemble . Hope this helps, I have added a photo of the finished aircraft (Airfix 1:72 Gloster Meteor III from 1986).

Good for a beginner
Had this airbrush for about 6 months now. Overall I have been really pleased with it but there have been a couple of issues. I am not an expert airbrush user by any standard and upgraded to this after using the airbrushes that came with the compressor I bought. I really like that you get three needles with it. The .2 installed is great for detailed work and it is very controllable. The .3 can be used for most things and the .5 is good for larger areas. The air tube and water trap may be unnecessary as a compressor will probably have those installed but at least you will have a spare. It isn't that good with primers and seems to clog really easy. Even when thinning them a lot I found it wouldn't take long before it clogged. It may depend on the primer and I have tried a few different brands. Using well known paint brands the results have been good. You really do need to thin to the correct consistency though - that is probably the most important thing and makes a huge difference. Cleaning it is reasonably easy and I really like how easy it is to get the trigger back in place compared to some other airbrushes I have and have seen reviews of. Initially I was really happy and got some great results. But the last couple of months I started to get some issues. When I needed to do some detailed areas I noticed that the spray was going off at an angle which seems to be due to the needle protector. This wasn't damaged or bent at all but having the cut outs seems to affect the direction. Again, after good results I started to get issues with flow, clogging and spluttering of the paint. Made sure that everything was clean and set correctly but still got issues. Tried different air pressures and eventually worked out that the airflow adjuster wasn't doing anything apart from restricting the flow. I hadn't really used it as I used the adjuster on the compressor. Took that assembly apart and found turning the screw did nothing and was probably just blocking airflow. Adding a small washer effectively means it is fully open now it works a lot better. I managed to bend a needle after cleaning when putting it back in. Where there is the opening in front of the trigger it is possible to see the needle. Just there it didn't go straight and got bent so you need to be careful when inserting it and do it slowly. I think it is generally a good airbrush. If you got an airbrush with a compressor then it will definitely be an improvement. I have never used a much more expensive brush so cannot compare it with that but generally feel it is good value. Overall construction seems to be good but does seem to be a little bit more complicated than it could be. Would I buy it again? Probably.

Brilliant airbrush for the price. (Debug before use)
I got this airbrush to tryout a gravity feed brush as I have a Badger 150 siphon feed. I was very surprised at the very good quality and performance for the price. You can adjust the airflow and paint feed very easily on the brush. The construction is very good and feels like a quality product. It is worth taking it apart and checking everything is adjusted correctly before using it for the first time. I did find that the needle seal was not fully tightened and this allowed paint to come up the needle. Took it apart and cleaned it out. Adjusted, tightened all the seals and worked perfect. I think this is what they are suggesting on the description. (NOTE: Please debug the airbrush to the best state, and then use clean water to test, make sure the atomization is normal before using it.) So "Debug it" before using for the first time :)

Great kit at a great price point.
I think this kit is a great starter to get to know how airbrushing works. I use it for shoes painting. The kit comes with many parts and all that is needed is a compressor. The dual action which releases the paint works great as the pressing down and pulling back action is quite smooth and helps me keep my hand steady. The whole thing is easy to take apart and makes cleaning simple. The needle has not yet clogged up for which I'm thankfull for although I make sure I keep my paint quite fluid. The needle it came with is pretty well made, I'm able to produce fine details with it with no problems, though with the others I can cover wider area if I need to.

careful default nozzle overtightened at manufacture
Decent little brush, easy to use, comfortable handling. price very reasonable and ideal for beginners. ******WARNING********** Biggest concern and complaint with mine is when i came to cleaning the brush after its first use, the default nozzle that came assembled with the brush was over tighten at manufacture. As a result when i came to loosening the nozzle off for cleaning with the wrench, with little force applied, it snapped off on the brush leaving the threading stuck in the brush. I have thus far manage to cohere the threading from the brush without damage, but now i'm stuck with a useless needle and part as a result.

it’s cheep and well built and does the job Very well
Got to say was worried about it due to the reputation of cheep items on amazon But this is great I’ve been using it the last few days without any issues it gives a good spray of paint when it’s thinned properly The spare needles are handy I’m using the 04 needle atm works great I love that you can adjust the flow of air from the airbrush and also adjust the length of pull to stop you over spraying I would definitely recommend this to anyone starting up it’s cheep and well built and does the job well This is my first air brush so pros may have a different opinion but I can’t see what a branded model will do differently to this one it sprays paint

Out performed by a 10 year old revel toy airbrush DO NOT BUY
Have used air brushes on and off for the past 14 years. I ordered a cheap brush to get back onto the air brushing scene as my last one wasn't used and a part broke and couldnt get the part replaced. So a cheap one to get back into it and also do some airbrushing practice in before i spend big again. Well it arrived today, got my paint mix ready it was nice and solid in my hand, a nice dual action it felt smooth and not clunky at all as you get with cheap air brushes. before putting the paint into the hopper made sure the needle was moving with the action. set it all up connected to my air compressor did a few test's and a good pressure was going through the brush. then i loaded the hopper and started to see what it was like on some scrap paper. Nothing. I mean i got nothing, used a branded air paint with it. and i got worse results then if i had finger painted all over the sheet. then it stopped. Nothing. I thought that my mix was wrong so i tried an old revel air brush bottom feed. and used the same paint. It worked gave a decent result, and that brush is 15 years old. and only £10 at the time, Highly dissapointed with this air brush will have to spend propper money on a decent air brush some what gutted as i just wanted a cheap little thing to get back into airbrushing before i brougth something a bit more expensive
