How many packets come in this big box and how many sheets do you get in a packet, thanks. Regards.

4 packets in 1 box and 80 sheets in each packet. It's misleading because you think there's two boxes. You can get the single box cheaper elsewhere.

What's the difference between frustration-free packaging and standard packaging?

I think its only in the one box

Some reviews say they do not desinfect. Is that true?

The info says ‘One-step multi purpose wipes which deodorise hard, nonporous surfaces’ for use in kitchens, bathrooms and all around the house. I use everywhere and let dry naturally, then buff with cloth.

Are this flushable down the toilet?

No you should not flush any wipes down the toilet! They are great for cleaning the toilet and disposing in the bin.
