Good combined with a multi vitamin.
I've been recommended to take 1000IU daily by a consultant endocrinologist and chose Solgar because I've always liked the fact their supplements are the most filler free.Researching a little I've noted that D3 supplements should be paired with magnesium and vit K to aid absorption, plus a couple of other things, so I will take these alongside a multivitamin with minerals. Also vit D is fat soluable so take when consuming saturated or preferably mono-saturated fats.Love that they are small and easy to swallow too!

Good price, good effects, flavour isn't strong
I'd been using this to combat the UK weather and it does have an effect.I feel brighter and happier on the days I take these although it could be a result of placebo.In my region there's very rarely clear skies and I thought I needed Vitamin D pills to aid the "seasonal depression"Although it isn't completely cured I do feel that on the days I don't take these I feel more down.Therefore I feel like these are worth their price in giving you what you need.

I have to take vitamin D on doctors recommendation and have been doing so for a good 2 years. I'm almost convinced it has helped my psoriasic arthritis to take a turn for the better. I like Solgar products, they're so easy to take and well priced.

These are very easy to swallow. Perfect for your supplement plan if using Vitamin D. I am vegetarian and always looking for these vegan supplements. Highly recommend. Worth the cost. Great value for money.
