Smaller than expected but should do the job

I ordered this on the 22nd July. When it arrived a few days later I de-scaled the kettle as normal. This is something I would do every week, dropped the wire pad in the kettle and as you can see by the photo6/7 weeks later still good. People say this does not work, It does but it is not magic, the lime scale is still there but not stuck to the bottom of the kettle.1. Descale kettle before adding.2. Every morning before using the kettle for the first time, tip away any water and rinse out.Every few days you will find pieces of limescale in the wire pad, rinse under the tap.

We have a major problem with limescale in water. These won't magically solve the problem but they do have a noticeable effect in reducing the build up.Given that all you do is throw them in the kettle and wash them out in 30 seconds every week or so it's a partial solution for little money and doesn't involve chemicals.Would certainly buy more.

Love these. Just had to by another one after having my old one in the kettle for years. It always gross when you get bits of limescale in your drink but I haven't had that in years specifically because of this. My mother in law had never seen one before and ended up getting one for her kettle!

We have a Brita filter kettle and even so it still was getting timescale inside. It got too annoying to clean so replace the kettle like for like and added this descaler.Works a treat. No more scale in the kettle or having to descale. Easy to use and saves time and money in the long run

Hace unos diez días que lo uso y ¡¡¡la cal ha desaparecido!!!, misma agua y mismo uso. No me podía imaginar que una cosa tan simple y barata me resolviera el problema de la calcificación en el kettle. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.
