anyone else had a terrible experience of their customer service department?

I had a very good experience with their customer service department and they even sent a replacement free of charge

Is the wallet a metal frame ?

The frame is made from a plastic composite. Very lightweight and doesn't scratch your bank cards.

Does the leather cover retain it's shape?

No. The leather started to peel after a year, then detach from the metal body.

It was black on site and then I had a choice of colours black is the best one and there really good
