I’m 50 plus. I need extra vitamins apparently. These gave a good general range of vitamins and are not the size of golfballs. Jury’s out on if they will make me live longer but as part of a morning routine they are easy enough to take and by a brand I’ve heard of.

Excellent multi vitamins in my opinion. But others will disagree. Great brand of multi vitamin tablets. Just make sure to CHECK Expiry dates as sometimes if purchasing more than 1 box then sometimes dates can be close to expiring. thamks

I had to get these as my normal ones were out of stock tablet is large I have to half it but no nasty taste

I've been taking this Centrum Advance 50+ multivitamin daily for a few weeks now and can definitely feel a positive difference in my daytime energy levels. The tablets are easy to swallow with water and don't leave any unpleasant aftertaste. Excellent value for money, will definitely buy again.

Haven’t noticed any difference in how I feel but it’s early days.

Bought them a few times and taking them Every morning. No results which I can write About as yet, but will update when I see Or experience anything significant
