I purchased this product around a month ago as being an endurance runner I know I needed to supplement additional cod liver oil into my diet to take care of my joints! I spent a lot of time looking around for the right one and took a chance with Incite Nutrition. I was attracted by the packaging and the pricing if I am honest. I like the simple yet enticing packaging on the Incite Nutrition packaging and you can't really beat the price of there products! I also looked on the back of the packaging at the ingredients and was really happy to see the amount of EPA and DPA contained in the product (the important bits). It advises that you take 2 tablets daily with a meal. Considering the size of the capsules they are really easy to swallow and I have had no problems with them getting stuck in my throat at all. I have now been using them for a month, I run around 200 miles a month and I have had no joint pain at all in my knee's or ankles. I will continue to take this product now whilst I keep running. I don't eat much fish so it's a must for me really. If you are looking for a substitute for fatty oils then I suggest purchasing this product!

My Opthalmist suggested that I take a good quality high dose Omega 3 supplement which may ease blepharitis (think dandruff of the eyelids which leads to crusty painful eyes, in my case especially on a morning). Research led me to Incite - A high dosage of Omega 3 that comes in a years supply at a good price! No monthly trips to the not so local health food shops! -Ticked all the boxes for me. Once ordered the supplement arrived quickly and was well, but simply, packaged. I have been taking them now for almost 3 weeks and though I wasn't expecting great miracles (supplements do take time to work I'm told :) But I must admit that I have noticed a reduction of the inflamation round my eyes and they are less painful and crusty (sorry folks) in the mornings. I believe this Omega 3 is actually doing me some good. Coming from the supplement skeptic that I am, this is no feint praise. I've given this 4 stars although the improvement I have already is worthy of 5 - but I'm a mean star giver.

I've been using the Omega 3 now for a bit and I have to say it's a great quality product. I was a bit apprehensive in ordering, but thought I would give them a try as the reviews were good. Prior to using Incite, I was using another brand that was way more expensive than them, and I wanted to see how another Omega 3 product would compare to them. I get supplement companies need to make a profit, but the price I was paying with the other company was A LOT.... anyway... enough complaining about price here is my summary; - Great QUALITY product - Good customer service from Justine at the company - Easy to swallow (IMO) - Easy and quick delivery - Loved the packaging I've not been disappointed and would happily continue buying from them as the product is top quality

I have to take omega 3 as part of my workout routine. I found this product to be great! It’s easy to swallow and you do get a lot for the price. No weird taste or texture either! After a few weeks taking it regularly I can see improvements on my moods and my body whilst exercising. I can feel more strength and energy which is great as I can push myself even further for better results. In overall, omega 3 is amazing for your health and can help with a lot so even if I didn’t exercise I would still buy this product to keep me healthy.

Does what it says on the tin. Easy enough to swallow and a good price. I only take one a day so it's good value and my nails have never been better.

I have been taking Incite Nutrition Omega 3 Fish oil (1000 mg) for around 5 weeks now & commenced with 1 capsule per day. I then gradually increased my dosage to the maximum of 3 capsules taken separately, with meals daily. It was at this point that I really begun to feel an advantageous benefit. At least 4 times a week I partake in heavy weight & resistance training at the gym. Each session ends with a significant amount of time stretching out. What I have quickly noticed is that the days where I stringently keep up my dosage of fish oil capsules are followed by days where the the soreness associated with heavy loads/weights is greatly reduced. In the case of my elbows in particular there has been a vast improvement along with other joints which have had a tendency to suffer from huge gym sessions the day before. I experimented a little bit a week ago where I actually traveled with work & did not pack any capsules in my luggage. I stayed in a hotel with a gym so as I was still able to stay on top of my fitness regime. Low & behold the next day soreness of joints I had become accustomed to in the past was back in a matter of days. Aside from Pre-work out when required I do not take any supplements as believe by eating right my diet can tick all the required boxes. I’m delighted to state that the Incite Nutrition Fish Oil capsules will moving forwards stay & remain a part of my daily routine. I would highly recommend for anyone & everyone to give them a try.

verwende lachsöl kapsln seit jahren,anstatt der statine(LESCOL)zur cholsterin senkung bzw regulierung! und bin zufreieden Diese kapsel sind pkte anzahl ,einnahme etc sehr günstig ,ich bin gespannt ab der einnahme ca ab herbst17!dazu dann ein nachtrag dazu! lg

Te refuerzan la omega tres en tu organismo previniendo la formación del colesterol. Tardó 4 días en llegar (vienen de UK) llevo usándolas bastante tiempo con mi mujer y no hemos tenido ninguna reacción extraña ni nos ha caído mal al estómago. Los controles médicos indican que el colesterol está bien. Precio muy bueno teniendo en cuenta que 12 pastillas de omega tres rondan los 10 euros. El bote trae 365 una para cada día.

Prima di tutto affronterei il discorso "dosaggio", che credo sia quello più importante. Attualmente la dose giornaliera, suggerita da più fonti/studi, è di 500 mg complessivi di Epa e Dha, quindi l'ideale sarebbero un 250 mg + 250 mg. Una singola di queste pastiglie contiene 180 mg di Epa e 120 mg di Dha, ovvero un totale di 300 mg a fronte dei 500 mg summenzionati. Morale della favola, è comunque un dosaggio sufficiente a garantire un buon apporto. Considerando le concentrazioni normalmente reperibili sul "mercato offline" (farmacie, erboristerie, ecc), molto più basse, questo prodotto è assolutamente competitivo da un punto di vista quantitativo. Se volete, potete anche prendere 2 pastiglie innalzando così il dosaggio giornaliero a 360 mg di Epa e 240 di Dha. Anche facendo così, parliamo di 15 euro di spesa per 6 mesi pieni di "trattamento", ovvero 2.5 euro al mese (ripeto: con 2 pastiglie), quindi capite bene che il discorso dosaggio lascia il tempo che trova, se valutato nel contesto economico. Le pastiglie sono abbastanza grosse ma non particolarmente difficoltose da ingerire, confermo per adesso l'assenza di retrogusto ovvero non vi "torna su" il sapore di pesce. Una nota importante: io *non* sono un medico, non sono un ricercatore, nè sono un farmacista o altro, ovvero *non* ho alcuna competenza diretta o specifica su queste cose. Quindi non mi permetto di arrogarmi il diritto di sentenziare su dosaggi, effetti, qualità e quant'altro. Invito sempre e comunque tutti a fare quello che faccio io: cercate, leggete, documentatevi. E' la vostra salute, e di sicuro non potete basarvi su quello che scrive qualcuno in un commento su amazon. Para mi ha sido ideal pues perlas de 1000 mg en un bote tan grande y de buena calidad y precio me permite no estar comprando el omega cada poco. Es muy cómodo hacer tu pedido y en nada lo tienes es tu domicilio con la seriedad de Amazon. Yo lo aconsejo sin dudas.
