Have been taking these for about 2 weeks and honestly I am so happy I bought them. I take one when I wake up and another at 2pm and I have no problems sleeping but have found myself waking up with a lot of energy not feeling as rough as usual. I know this isn't an advertised effect of these but it is 100% these tablets that have made me feel this way. They definitely work to speed my metabolism up as you can feel the hunger every 3 hours so just make sure to have healthy snacks in between meals and these tablets will do wonders. Have lost a noticeable weight off my sides and face that I've been trying to shift for a long time. The customer service is wonderful too which is a big pro with any product. I hope they work well for you as I finally found a tablet that helps me feel better and lose fat while maintaining muscle.

I can honestly say these have not worked for me at all. I have been taking one in a morning and one in an afternoon, eating heathily and exercising hard every day but I have lost no more weight than I was doing before I started taking them. They don't make me feel any different and do not give me more energy for exercising. I would not recommend them. Complete waste of money.

Giving this product a 3 out of 5! The product was delivered early and left with a neighbour. The product looked great I have started taking them today the recommended dose is 1 a day and up them to 3 if needed. I've taken 2 so far and feel no different. I still feel zapped of energy and don't have the get up and go to want to exercise (although I will later on) i've eaten really healthy and drank lots of water. I can appreciate you need to give your body time to get used to something new but I have taken t5s previously (different ones) and felt awesome after them straight away. They worked. I'm hoping to lose some weight with these but won't hold out much hope really. I would go for the t5 max strength again next time you get what you pay for it is worth paying £10 or so more for the results. This review is from a real person not someone who got the product for free to write a biased review!

I was taking these a few weeks back and managed to lose 10lbs in just over 2 weeks (I do have eight stone to lose in total). I kept forgetting them or getting side tracked the next week and so the weight loss noticeably slowed and then I gained back half of what I lost originally . Since taking them again daily I've re lost the weight and another pound in the last week. Im calorie counting and working out a few times a week so it's no miracle cure but seems to keep me 'regular' (literally the same time daily) and keeps the scale going downwards for now. Definitely worth a go.

i love this product i cannot believe how much they have helped me i am not a person that can drink green tea i have tried and taking these actually help with the ingredients i take it every day with my morning shake bought from the same company before i hit my daily exercise or gym i recommend these even better with there shake i have lost over half a stone and toned up in the first six weeks being 53 years old as well need to keep cardio fit its a must going to try more of there healthy products good to stay with someone and a product you know. I have only been taking this product for a short while and I am losing approx 1-2lbs per week, which along with healthy eating is great. I have also used this product with shakes too and have had no side effects which as far as I am concerned is a bonus. Definatley going to continue as part of my healthy eating weight management. I have tried others that just didn't work for me although you must try and drink lots of water too.

I have had fat burners before and they worked well but unable to buy my usual as out of stock s thoought i would give these ago but i feel they are far too strong for me....A few hours after trying one, i felt shaky,dizzy and my heart was pounding very, very fast that i thought i was going to take a heartattack...I then tried taking half a capsule by opening it up and emptying half of the contents out...I did that for a few days and felt fine so tried taking 1 capsule and felt exactly the same as the first time...I won't risk taking anymore.

mesdames messieurs ne prenez pas ça c'est de l'argent parti par la fenêtre ça n'a absolument rien fait malgré un régime draconien aux légumes et sans graisse ni sucre que vous le prenez ou pas ça ne change rien et après tout on ne sait pas ce qu'il y a dans les gélules sans doute de la farine plus jamais ça pour moi je fais du sport ça me va très bien
