If i wear this on my stomach, what about my arms and legs?

It does nothing for your stomach if you put it on. As for your legs and hands nothing will change. I will recommend regular exercise. Don't bother buying it will do nothing for your stomach much less your hands and legs

Will this fit through my letter box? I don't think I will be home when it arrives

The belt was accepted by my downstairs neighbour, who has now passed away, so I don't know how this would work. The package was in a slim box, but if the distributors pack it in bubble wrap it will fit through the letterbox. I live in a complex, so at least one of my neighbours will receive it for me - sorry cannot help more than this, but the belt was definitely worth the money - don't buy the cheaper one - it took 3 months to arrive and did not even fit my thigh. How long do you keep it on for if you don't do any exercise? How long do I keep it on for to burn weight?

This type of slimming belt is for when your exercise as it makes you sweat when you exercise, I use mine when I'm doing a class or running. Would probably work with walking too. But they are not made to be worn for long periods of time x

I wouldn't wear it overnight as it does make you very hot and you sweat A LOT! You don't want to risk overheating or becoming dehydrated while you sleep! I usually wear mine at work and during exercise. Don't expect miracles after only a couple of uses, it's a slow(ish) process but it DOES work if you stick with it.
