I’ve been on a weight loss journey for over a year now and for three months been at a stall so thought I would try these and it’s definitely kick started things again . Doesn’t give me that much of a energy boost to be honest but does give me food noises a kicking and been really good at not over eating a meal and feeling fuller a lot sooner with a meal . Lost 2lb in a week after a three month stall but again feeling fuller quicker so not eating a full meal now and only been taking a week so will see how the rest of the package goes . It may not be for everyone but working for me so far

Don’t work

Not long been using these but have found they help give me more energy to push harder in workouts, so for this reason, they work. Not sure if they suppress appetite

I bought these on a whim as I have PCOS and I’m experimenting with supplements to help with my weight as I feel fatigued often.I take 2 capsules in the morning and they seem to give me a nice boost that is sustainable throughout the day, without any crash.I will be buying these again once I get low as they seem to benefit me.

I've been taking the tablets for roughly a week now and can already see the F5 giving great energy boosts for adding cardio work into my weight training too. The tablets are almost flavorless too which helps when taking them first thing in the morning.With taking progress photos for a week before taking the tablets and then taking photos a week after beginning to take them, you can really see the fat and weight coming off in the right places.A great addition to my training and diet regime. Got these to try to loose a bit of weight post xmas. Really noticed an effect - took two in morning and two in afternoon as per instruction for about 3 days and felt like I was on amphetamines ! Could hardly sleep and was going to the gym each day and found my muscles and body was really tired and not able to exercise at their best due to fatigue /lack of sleep. Also did not like the speed like quality of them - I guess it's the caffeine but felt really giddery and a bit light head. Did give me more energy, but not sure in a good way. Have decided not to continue with them and just go for regular exercise and sleep instead. Might be good for some, but not for me
