Although the ball is of very hard acrylic plastic, it moves very smoothly within its permanent case and it spreads soothing gels very effectively. I looked at other balls and did not like the fact that they could slip out of your hand or tire your hand quickly, this ball does neither. A satisfactory product. Recommended.

Its a great tool. You can use it anytime as its small and is very effective. I got a good price as well so very happy.

Great massager. I use this for lower back pain, it won't cure it but it eases the pain. Also you can put a few drops of oil into it and which helps with the massage, after just wash it with soapy water. It also easily fits into a bag for use on the go. I would recommend.

Not satisfied with purchase ,because doesn't do its job as prescribed. Wanted to return but unfortunately, this item isn't available for return. Although it's written I can return until March,which not true.(cause when you trying to complete return,you have an answer it isn't available. Unsatisfied and do not recommend, just money wasting

Amazing device. Roll daily on painful muscles and notice the difference. I roll calves, shins, hamstrings, quads, glutes, low back, shoulder, neck and arms. Amazing results. So simple. I'm 78 and I feel great.
