Does this product have hand rolled hems?

Product puckered up upon initial washing so badly even an iron couldn't straighten out. Very thin fabric. Returned immediately. Hems appeared frayed after cold water wash.

Where is this manufactured?

Probably China (this is Amazon)

Not 16x16 as advertised. Mine were 15.5 x 15.5. Since others have reported shrinking when washed, I’ll be returning these.
