90lbs. However something g to keep in mind, this sled does NOT come with grip handles.

Does this sled come with a vest?

It’s not exactly a vest but it does come with a harness.

what is the weight limit?

I can fit four 45lbs rubber grip plates (not bumper plates). For extra weight I add kettle bells on top of the plates. Great sled!
