Beat SIBO!
I found this product very easy on my stomach - I had no side effects! It contains black pepper extract to increase absorption. I found it really helped with my methanogen SIBO symptoms and would definitely use this product again.

Product Seems Good, Marketing Could Be Better
It's a little confusing at first given it says 4700mg... then 200mg then 3000mg equivalent. In actual fact it combines multiple ingredients which when combined the equivalents total 4700mg. and it's been surpassingly gentle on the stomach, though the Turmeric does given a slight aftertaste.

PCOS Supplement
I started having 1 of these capsule a day to see if it would help improve some of my PCOS symptoms. There are plenty of studies out there on the positive effects of berberine to control fasting blood glucose, which in turn, will help reduce insulin resistance. I noticed results after about 3-4 weeks: I didn't crash as hard after meals and it helped maintained my blood sugar level throughout the day. Will continue using this product
