How do you remove the shade reducer ring? Can’t do it without breaking

Hello! Thanks for your question. There is a gap in the reducer ring that allows you to bend it. You should be able to squeeze the plastic together and pull the ring out from the metal frame. It shouldn't break, but if it does just get in contact with us and we can send you another!

Have the white shades got a silver inner
