Pros: easy to use, works at clearing yellow mucus and shortening colds. Colloidal silver you can trust. Cons: it hurts like the dickens. I originally bought this to use on my little kids but after trying it on myself I realized how bad it hurts. I came to the conclusion of using a saline nasal mist on my kid first before administering this to help it not hurt so bad. I’m not sure if you can add saline to the colloidal silver in the bottle to help lessen the pain or if that would somehow have a negative effect on the silver but that would be a nice improvement if possible. Overall love the quality of the colloidal silver, I use many of their products and trust this brand for good quality colloidal silver to use on the whole family. I feel like this product is moderately priced for the quality you receive.

Cleared my sinuses without drying them out.

When I follow the recommended dosage of 5 sprays in each nostril, it opens my sinuses up and keeps them open for sometimes the entire day! And I love that it’s gentle enough it can be used several times a day!

Works great. Keeps my nose clear, not stoped up all the time as before I started to use it!

It was delivered when stated it would and was exactly what I expected. I had used this supplement but not in the nasal form. I tried immediately and it is good.

I’ve been using liquid silver products for years! Mostly I’ve used the drops for early signs of ear infections…but switched to these for sore throat and cold and definitely seem to help!

Toxic colloidal silver product yet again. These key words, on a list of ingredients, indicate that a product contains silver nanomaterials, and is potentially unsafe. This spray used as instructed experienced fast nasal cleansing, sure.... However it threw my entire head and neck lymph system into overdrive with nausea and vomiting the next day. I was herxing for 2 weeks straight. Ringing in ears. Could not move my neck or look up without bringing on smelly sweats, extreme dizzying, spins and malaise. Bedridden for a week. Then another 3 weeks of vertigo and neck pains. Had enough and did lymph neck massage then 2 Epsom salt baths 4 weeks in and eventually it all cleared. 2 months later tried the product again with only 2 sprays in each nostril instead of the labels 7 in each. The next day felt a little weird again with tinnitus by evening and strange head tension. Frankly the silver is going to cleanse gunk out of your head/ears and THUS create an entire ears nose throat neck lymph cleanse situation. It pulls black gunk out of the nostrils,sinuses even bloodied ones as well. It did me but really no one could go to work on that type of situation. Frankly it's toxic and silver crosses over into the brain and organs so basically I cleansed and poisoned myself through this stuff. There are other ways to cleanse and I have thrown it out. So I would just do ONE spray in each nostril once a day and proceed to a SLOW gentle protocol. Viruses germs toxins amoebas you name it live in our bodies. I also did a vermulent in the form of Reeses Pinworm treatment as well as increasing fiber and other gastrointestinal herbs. This product is intense.
