Smaller than the other choice.
These are the smaller than the oblong pills which I prefer, also more per bottle in the oblong version. I have been taking 3 per day. I had pure white hair 40 years ago. I now have noticeable color returning.

I've been using this brand and these hair skin and nails soft gels for years. They are sometimes hard to find at Walmart so I bought them here.

Cost to much on Amazon
This product is great, I really do see a difference taking these. I get mine from Walmart. That is the reason why I gave it 3 stars. You can get 2 bottles at Walmart for $12, so they are really over pricing you here.

NO AFTER TASTE!
I finally found a vitamin that I don't burp up! I have been using them for about 3 weeks. I have noticed my nails growing really fast. No change in my hair yet. Will write another review in a couple weeks about hair
