Can this charge an m2 macbook that has a usb-c to magsafe charger?

Hi, MtGiraffe. Yes, the Belkin WCH013 will charge an M2 MacBook (MacBook Pro/Air 13-inch).

Can this be used with a macbook magsafe charger?

Hi! Yes. The Belkin WCH013 can access up to 65W of power to charge a MacBook Pro, USB-C laptop, or other high-consumption devices when one USB-C port is in use.

Does this support Samsung's Super Fast Charging 2.0 at 45W when using a 5A cable? (A previous review said not but didn't say what cable they used.)

Hi Cherie B. The Belkin WCH013dq wall charger is designed to provide up to 65W when using a single USB-C port or 45W + 20W when using both. Just make sure that your cable will support these power specifications to make fast charging possible.

Is this actually usb pd 3.0 with 12v, or a knock off with limited capability?

Hi, knuxyl. The Belkin WCH013 has two USB-C Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 with Programmable Power Supply (PPS) ports for safe and optimal charging. It is designed to support most USB-C smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
