The B650 series is intel. For the Ryzen 3700X you will need to look at the B550 chipset.

Does that light on the logo actually have rgb or is it plain white or nothing at all?

The logo does light up and does have RGB which is controllable through Asus Aura Sync RGB software.

What ddr5 ram is best to buy ?.i only need 32gb.i will be buying the ryzen 7800:3d for this motherboard.

You will need to download the drivers for WiFi 6 and lan but it's frustrating if you can't get online in the first place. I would suggest buying a cheap WiFi USB dongle then you can download Asus armoury crate. The drivers you need are in there in settings/update centre.
